How can I submit a ticket?
If you have an active paid plan on a project you can submit a ticket directly from the beacon chat of the Smootify dashboard (bottom right corner). Note that the beacon chat will appear on your dashboard only for projects with an active paid plan and you can ask premium support only for those projects.
Will I only receive support from other users in the Discord Community?
No. In the Discord community, you will also find members of our team who promptly address the inquiries of all our users.
I do not have the time to learn how Smootify works. Would it be possible for the Smootify team to handle the entire setup process on my behalf?
Certainly. You can engage our team to connect your Webflow project to Shopify. We will provide you with a fast quote once we receive your request.
